Monarch has built low-rise homes for more than 70 years, and in response to changing market demographics entered the condominium business in 1993. Monarch has been a member of OTHBA since 1956, and is been committed to helping this industry flourish. Monarch’s association involvement includes three GTHBA past-presidents.
