Barrhaven Optometric Centre was established in 1979 as the premiere eye care clinic in Barrhaven. Over the years, our clinic has grown with our community and we are proud to have 8 Doctors of Optometry available to serve our patients.
We provide comprehensive and individualized eye examinations, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for the detection, management, and prevention of eye disease. Our newly renovated clinic on Fallowfield Road offers full-scope eye examinations and contact lens services in a professional and modern environment. Our doctors and support staff are highly trained and strive to stay current with new emerging technologies, treatments, and products for superior patient care. We accept new patients of all ages.
The Barrhaven Optometric Centre optical has an extensive selection of frames and sunglasses for children, women and men. We will help find solutions that respect the unique and personalized vision needs of each of our patients. Our on-site optical finishing lab provides fast, accurate manufacturing of conventional and specialty spectacle lenses.
Co-owners Drs. Scott McIntosh, Lora Lee Hardy, and Trevor Graham are proud of their community and their role in it. Our clinic's emphasis is to continually evolve and elevate services and products, providing for its patients as per our purpose: "To protect & enhance our community's most precious sense: their vision".
